Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

All the photos of our products are taken of the actual items, ensuring authenticity and consistency.

Better place a order of product with determined OEM, in order to avoid mistakes.

If you have any questions about the products you have purchased, you can send us a message or email us at our mailbox. We will reply to your questions as soon as possible.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

You can find the order in your account and check the corresponding order receipt.

How can I return an item?

We do not accept no-reason returns. You can only return the product under the following circumstances: 

1. You received the wrong product;

2. The received product has problems and cannot be used;

3. Other issues caused by the product itself or by us.

Before returning the goods, please be sure to contact us in advance by email. We will only accept your return after agreement by both sides.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Products out of stock will have their inventory updated as soon as possible after production is completed.

Where can I ship my order?
  • Our factory is located in China. If you have a warehouse in China, we can ship the products to your warehouse.
  • If you are abroad and want to receive the product directly in your country, the situation will be much more complicated. In this case, we suggest contacting us directly via email to confirm various transportation details and ensure the smooth delivery of the products.
