If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, we’re happy to refund your purchase price if the return complies with our return policy.
Products purchased from oltharness.com must be returned in new or gently used condition and within 30 days from the date the order is delivered. Returns must be inspected at our warehouse.
Promotional gifts must be returned together. Refunds are issued within 3 business days upon receipt and refunded to the original payment method. Some payments may take 7–10 business days to appear.
Late returns may be denied or refunded via gift card/check at our discretion. Split payments are refunded to the card first, then to the Oltharness Card.
Important Notes:
- Abusive or ineligible returns may be denied.
- Returned ineligible items won’t be mailed back.
- Shipping/delivery fees are non-refundable.
- Engraved or final sale items cannot be returned.
- eGift Cards via CashStar are non-returnable.
- Gift returns should contact support before returning.
If you prefer to return your order in-store, provide your email or shipping confirmation as proof of purchase.

To exchange an item, return the unwanted product. We’ll process the refund within 3 business days. You can place a new order anytime.
Upon delivery, inspect your items. If damaged, keep packaging and contact us at 0577-66005667 immediately.
If items can’t be retained, photograph them and discard safely. Claims for loss, damage, or incorrect items must be filed within 30 days of receipt.
Note: All claims are reviewed for abuse. Items must be reported immediately and kept until resolved.
